Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 1-3 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of brilin.shop (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of brilin.shop.

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing, you must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
This reverse osmosis system is seriously good. It filters super tiny particles, making the water incredibly clean. It's also really light and easy to take with you wherever you go. I really liked how you can just turn it on to get rid of extra water, and the pre-filter on the hose is great for catching bigger stuff before it even gets inside. The water tastes amazingly clean, probably the best I've ever had outdoors. Plus, there's no need to pump manually, which is a huge plus. It comes with two hoses, so you can use one for drinking water and the other for things like washing up, which is really efficient. The downside is the instructions could be clearer. It's a bit confusing how long the filters last and why there are different buttons for RO and Hybrid filtering. Putting the RO filter in was really tough, too. But honestly, these issues don't really spoil the overall experience. Despite the unclear manual, setting it up is pretty straightforward—just hook up the hoses, hit the power, and you're good to go.
This filter really does the job well, taking out all the tiny particles from the water. I can purify a bunch of gallons on one charge, and the battery lasts way longer than the usual ones, plus it charges up pretty quick. It's light and comes with a handy bag for the cables and stuff. When I had a leak issue, their customer service was on it fast, so check your email carefully for their reply. Just a heads up, it comes with a USB-C to USB-C cable but no plug for the wall, and while it gets rid of the bad stuff in the water, it doesn't adjust the pH much. I just run the purified water through another filter to get the pH right. The instructions could be clearer, especially about how deep to insert the filters and what the charging lights mean. It seems like blinking is for charging, solid is charged, and off means it's been unplugged for a bit, but I'm guessing here. And remember, RO filters take out almost all minerals from the water, so think about adding some back in to stay healthy.
The shipping was top-notch, and I've charged both the purifier and battery pack, though I haven't used them yet since they're for emergencies. I'm curious about the red blinking light on the filter system and whether it's okay to keep both the filter and battery plugged in for storage. The packaging and build quality seem solid, and everything needed for charging, including adapters for different plugs, came included. I charged the battery pack fully in about 45 minutes. I'm looking forward to seeing how well it works without prematurely using the filters.
I'm thrilled we found a portable RO filter system, as my husband and I often travel for work. Sometimes we bring our camper with its own RO system, but other times we have to stay in rentals where I don't trust the tap water. I got this system for those times, and it's been a game-changer. Setting it up was a bit tricky at first—I didn't get the filters in right, and water leaked out. But I fixed it quickly, and it's been working fine since. I'm using it every day and the water tastes so much better than what comes out of the tap. For anyone getting an RO system, I recommend adding a pinch of pink Himalayan salt or sea salt to the water you've filtered to add back some minerals.
I got this to clean the water we collect for watering plants and other uses. The water was dirty and smelly, but this filter made it clear and taste good. I hope it lasts because it's easier and better than other options I've seen. Plus, it's small enough to take anywhere and charges with a USB-C. There's nothing bad I can say about it.
